Electronics and brass with solid drumming. They make for a great combination on this set of tracks composed by A. Hobson. Themes suitable for action, space and industry. 1983 so the beats lean toward disco on a few tracks. Three tracks are under a minute but the rest are over 3; not bad for a library lp and there are 14 tracks on this one. Trippy artwork on the cover by Nick Bantock, as well.

lovely artwork indeed! reminded me a bit of the Hercules LP on the same label. Now on the dl. Thanks Zeroy!
Ah, thank ye!
Great Lp, Wonderful post and blog.
I have dwlp 3488 - over the moon by Anthony Hobson thinking about launching that next.
wonderful post, your blog proves great taste in music, but ... those albums deserve a high quality 320 kbps rip. it makes the listening experience really different, don't u think so?
My ears can't really hear a difference between 192 and 320. I rip the lps to wav. then covert to mp3. The download time for 320 is considerably longer, of course. And the server space is also a consideration. I suspect most people won't notice a difference in the sound
thank you Zeroy: another great discovery!
Who is this Nick Bantock? It can't be the same as the Griffin and Sabine guy, right? There's another Dewolfe I just got called Strut Your Rump with his artwork on the cover as well. It's also a great album, with musicians F. MacDonald and C. Rae, so if anyone has it in mp3, please share! I don't have the means to rip vinyl.
