Mysterious Lights

What a mysterious light!?! I have passed that record more than a couple of times without listening. When I finally did I had to punch myself for judging a record for it' s cover - again! I missed some pretty awesome contemporary jazz ranging from "organic night tales" to ambient synthetics. In other words - it's a subtle bomb!!

Lauri Paisley - The Fire of Dreams

Another private release, this time on Methylunna Music. Lauri Paisley was a solo artist and as far as I can find, this is her only release. Lauri plays grand piano, 12-String guitar, electronic percussion, and "massive quantities of synthesizers". Some of the tracks have a classical feel while others, particularly on the b side, border on synthpop, The album was released in 1987.

but when I first heard it I thought ....
