A production library beast from Philippe Besombes, circa 1982. 11 tracks featuring synthesizers, drums, guitar, electric piano and a bass flute with rhythms ranging from ska and reggae to military marches.
Another very appreciated share and a very nice way to start the new year...2010's promises to be another well of discoveries... Thank you Basso, Cesare and Zeroy ...and all the best to you...
Hi, thanks for this, I've been looking for this Besombes libarry LP for over a decade. Unfortunately I am egtting track A5 as corrupted when I try to unzip the files, which means I'm back to square one almost. Did anyone else have this problem or should I just download again? regards Chris
Enjoy the music! We strongly encourage you to go out and dig the stuff out at your local recordshop, fleamarket, ebay, discogs or simply at GROWING BIN RECORDS.
The sound of a mp3 is NOTHING compared to a vinyl record in VG+ condition or a nice reissue on whatever medium.
All the here featured LPs are out of print. Let us know if they're not or if the owner of the rights doesn't like them being promoted. We will remove the "material" instantly!
We're always happy about your feedback / recommendation / links to nice places as well as contributions to the blog .
