More Allegro Jazz














































Thank to Michael we are able to post more of the amazing Allegro Jazz Ensemble. This LP called "The Golden Mean" was recorded in 1984 and released in 1985 on the Melodia label. Once again very long and epic tracks: Fantasy in G Minor (10:23) and Composition on a theme of Cole Porter (10:34) on side A and Concert Suite in Three Movements (20:52) on side B. Enjoy!!

    This is the last album
      a couple of years of musicians emigrated
    and the leader made another album
    (which I expect shortly) in 1988
    and also to move to the U.S.

    Small comment about sound
    Vinyl in perfect
    but hi-hat sounds with distortion
    perhaps it is the poor quality of the vinyl printing

    I added two bonus tracks from the jazz festival
    Autumn Rhythms -85
